It was inevitable. Girls, everybody’s favorite show about self-absorbed twentysomethings at play in the borough of Brooklyn, is getting its own porn parody.
“This Ain’t Girls XXX” will be written and directed by porn vet Stuart Canterbury, and released by Hustler. According to Xbiz:
In the XXX parody, Hannah (Alex Chance) decides to forsake men, and boyfriend Adam, to experiment with lesbianism. After a few satisfying jaunts she returns to Adam — and mankind.
Star Richie Calhoun claims that the parody will be very similar to its source, but with longer intercourse scenes. This is hard for us to imagine, since the series is already the most sexually explicit program on television. Won’t a porn version be redundant? Wouldn’t it pale in comparison to the show’s trailblazing and honest depiction of sex? For her part, series star and creator Lena Dunham isn’t exactly thrilled.
